Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the use of our services and apply to every individual, patient, family member, or representative who chooses to engage with us. By contacting us, seeking our guidance, or acting upon any information we provide, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
We encourage you to carefully read this document in its entirety. The length and detail may appear extensive, but that is because clarity and transparency are vital in matters of health, decision-making, and responsibility. Our work touches upon the most sensitive and urgent aspects of people’s lives, and therefore, we make no compromise in ensuring that our Terms are understood completely.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our services. If you proceed, it will automatically be considered that you have accepted and agreed to every clause described herein.
Who We Are
We are not a hospital, not a clinic, not a healthcare provider, and not a substitute for medical professionals. We do not own, operate, or manage any hospital or medical establishment. Our identity is rooted in the role of a navigator and advisor.
Our background lies in years of experience within healthcare systems, where we observed recurring problems: families lost in confusion, patients delayed in treatment due to lack of information, and financial burdens becoming unbearable. We decided to step in, not as another hospital, but as a guiding hand that helps families identify the hospitals that best match their needs.
We exist to make the healthcare journey smoother by ensuring families:
Understand their options.
Compare facilities fairly.
Avoid preventable delays.
Make informed decisions.
But it is equally important to repeat: the decision to admit, the choice of hospital, and the outcomes of treatment are entirely your responsibility.
Scope of Our Services
Our services are strictly advisory in nature. They include:
Reviewing the information you provide regarding your medical condition and requirements.
Matching your needs with suitable hospitals and explaining their facilities, affordability, and strengths.
Offering guidance in cases where families consider shifting from one hospital to another.
Providing clarity about processes, paperwork, and expectations in a hospital environment.
Assisting with confirming the availability of facilities such as ICUs or specialty units, whenever possible.
Occasionally, at our discretion, extending small financial assistance to families after hospital bills are fully settled.
We do not:
Offer medical advice, prescribe medicines, or replace doctors.
Control hospitals, their staff, their quality of care, or their billing practices.
Commit any form of financial support in advance.
Guarantee treatment outcomes.
Take responsibility for decisions made by patients or families.
Our role is like that of a map: it points to possible routes, but the traveler still drives the vehicle, chooses the road, and faces the risks of the journey.
Decision-Making Responsibility
Perhaps the most important clause in this entire document is the responsibility clause. Every decision belongs to you and your family.
When we provide hospital comparisons, facility details, or suggestions, these are based on the information available to us at that time. We cannot and do not guarantee that the information will remain accurate or that it will perfectly suit your needs.
If you follow our guidance, it is your voluntary choice. If you choose a different path, that too is your responsibility. At no point does our role remove or lessen your accountability for decisions.
Examples:
If you admit a patient to a hospital we suggested, and later you feel dissatisfied with the services, we are not responsible.
If you admit to a different hospital than we suggested and regret the decision, we are not responsible.
If the cost increases, if insurance does not apply, if the facilities are not as expected, or if the patient’s health outcome is unfavorable — we are not responsible.
Responsibility lies with you at every stage.
Our Independence from Hospitals
We do not own, run, or manage hospitals. We are completely independent. Hospitals are third-party entities over which we have no control.
Any recommendation or mention of a hospital is purely advisory, based on our observations, prior knowledge, or information provided by the hospital at the time of inquiry.
We cannot guarantee:
The admission process at any hospital.
The behavior of doctors, nurses, or staff.
The accuracy of estimates or billing.
The continuity of facilities such as ICU beds or operating theatres.
Hospitals are independent, dynamic organizations, and we cannot and do not make commitments on their behalf.
Financial Clarification
Our service is not about promising discounts or financial incentives. On rare occasions, we may extend financial assistance to families by transferring a small amount after the final settlement of hospital bills. This typically ranges from a minimal 3% and can, depending on our internal review, go higher, but it is not guaranteed.
It is essential to understand:
This support is entirely discretionary.
It cannot be demanded or treated as a right.
It is not applied before or during hospital admission.
Families must settle their full bills directly with the hospital.
If assistance is provided, it will be transferred later, usually within a reasonable period, directly to the family’s bank account.
In some cases, no financial support may be provided at all.
Privacy and Data Use
We collect information solely for the purpose of assisting you. This may include:
Medical details shared by the patient or family.
Reports, diagnoses, or financial circumstances.
Hospital choices being considered.
Communication records (calls, messages, emails).
We safeguard this information but may share limited details with hospitals to check availability or suitability.
We do not sell, rent, or misuse your data. However, you accept that standard communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) may not always be 100% secure, and you agree to this limitation.
If you provide incomplete or incorrect data, the consequences of misguidance remain your responsibility.
Legal Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Outcome: We provide guidance, not treatment.
No Liability for Hospital Actions: We are not liable for negligence, mistakes, or policies of hospitals.
Indemnity: By using our services, you agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, or losses caused by hospital decisions or outcomes.
No Emergency Service: We are not an ambulance, doctor, or hospital. We cannot replace emergency medical services.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute will be governed by the laws of India and heard in the courts of our registered location only.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, communication breakdowns, etc.).
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete medical and personal information.
Understand that decisions remain your responsibility.
Not misuse our name or represent us as a hospital or treatment provider.
Accept that any financial support, if ever provided, is discretionary and limited.
Extended Clarification Through Stories
Families often approach us during moments of desperation. Over the years, we have witnessed situations where patients wander from one hospital to another, losing critical hours, only to discover later that they could have found the right hospital earlier if they had clearer guidance.
In one case, a family admitted a patient under the assumption that their health insurance scheme would cover the treatment. After several days, they discovered that the scheme was not accepted. The financial stress nearly broke them. They later told us that if they had consulted us earlier, they would have avoided admitting to that hospital altogether.
Another real case involved a young accident victim. His family received a treatment estimate that was far beyond what they could afford. Distraught, they were about to give up when they approached us. We helped them find a hospital that provided the same level of trauma care at a more manageable cost. The boy recovered fully, and his parents still remind us that our guidance not only saved their child but also prevented them from falling into lifelong debt.
We recall another situation where a family, in an emergency, admitted their loved one to a nearby hospital only to discover halfway that the hospital lacked advanced facilities for cardiac care. They then faced the agonizing decision of whether to continue treatment in an under-equipped facility or take the risk of shifting the patient. These are the moments when our services exist to prevent such dilemmas in the first place.
These stories are reminders of why we exist, but they are also reminders of our limitations. We are guides, not decision-makers. Hospitals remain independent, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Final Agreement
By engaging with us in any form — calling, messaging, emailing, or following our guidance — you confirm that you:
Understand we are not a hospital.
Accept that you alone are responsible for hospital admission decisions.
Release us from liability for hospital outcomes.
Accept that financial assistance, if ever given, is at our discretion and not promised.
Agree that continuing with our service means you are bound by these Terms.
Closing Note on Our Vision
We exist to help families make better choices. Too many lives are put at risk due to confusion, lack of information, or sudden financial stress. Our mission is to reduce these problems by acting as a guiding partner.
But guidance has its limits. Hospitals are independent, medical outcomes are unpredictable, and ultimate decisions must be made by you. We walk alongside you, but the responsibility remains yours.
We emphasize once more: if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not continue with us. If you do continue, it will be treated as your explicit agreement
